Every 9 months, the world FORUM of mediation centers is organized. Each time, it is the opportunity to ameliorate practice and knowledge.

The 27th FORUM organized in MILAN, ITALY, was a real success. The presence of Marina Tavassi, president of the court of appeal of MILAN, confirms the interest and the importance of the ADR methods for and during the judicial procedures.

Fabienne van der Vleugel summarized this FORUM which she has been very happy to organize in Milan, with the help of the local committee, in an article published in JURISTE INTERNATIONAL

The scientific program of the 26th UIA world FORUM of mediation centers has been appreciated by 100 participants who have had the opportunity to ameliorate their practice in mediation.

The 24th World Forum of mediation centres, as expected, was a real success.

More than 50 participants, and all the continents represented.

The speakers had well prepared their subject matters. So, the audience could learn, and have some new ideas, thoughts, questions. Everyone could also have new contacts and develop his/her network.

The next FORUM will take place in FRANCE, VAL D'EUROPE, ror its 25th birthday.
