On Tuesday 10 September 2019, ALLIANZ (agency of CHESSY, 29 rue d’Ariane), together with the UNIM (in French, "Union Nationale pour les Intérêts de la Médecine"), organized a conference for medical professionals, presented by Dr Michel NAHON, about “The management of crisis situation, a problem related to urgency medecine”, at RELAIS SPA VAL D’EUROPE.
The conference, followed by a cocktail, was excellent. The professionals had the opportunity to update and perfect their knowledge in this matter.
Sandra FAYAT (manager of the agency ALLIANZ of CHESSY with Sylvain FAYAT) and Fabienne van der Vleugel are both members of the new BNI – BUSINESS NETWORK INTERNATIONAL – located in BAILLY-ROMAINVILLIERS. Other members of the same BNI, working in the field of managing crisis situations, were also present at the conference.
27th World UIA Forum of mediation centers : let's meet in MILAN, ITALY.
The scientific program of this 27th Forum will be as excellent as you can imagine. Professional médiators will come from Australia, US, Africa and Europe to work together and enhance their practice and knowledge.
Every 9 months, in her capacity of president of the UIA world Forum mediation centers, Fabienne van der Vleugel is setting up a dynamic scientific program, with the help of a local high-level professional group.
This permits to mediators, enterprises, managers, lawyers, students and teachers to better understand and practice mediation, and more broadly, the Alternative Dispute Resolution practices.
Reception at the National Bar Council in Paris, at the occasion of the French presidency of G7.
During this French presidency of G7, the French National Bar Council organized the "G7 of the lawyers" grouping, on 11 and 12 July 2019, the national institutions representing lawyers of the 7 member States of the G7 : Japan Federation of Bars Associations (Japan), Canadian Bar Association (Canada), American Bar Association (US), Consiglio nazionale Forense (Italy), Deutscher Anwaltverein (Germany), Law Society of England and Wales (UK) et the European Bar Council (European Union).
A common resolution has been drafted by the délégations for the attention of the G7 States, summarizing suggestions and objectives promoting the idea of the State of law, access to justice, democracy fundamental principles, Justice independency (source : web site of National Bar Council).
