BELGIUM: Accredited meditator by the Federal Belgian Commission for civil and commercial matters.

Fabienne van der Vleugel is a mediator accredited by the Belgian Federal Commission for civil and commercial matters, in conformity with the Belgian Judicial Code.

Now, she may be appointed by the Belgian Court for judicial mediation. She also may be chosen by parties having a conflict with a direct or indirect connection with Belgium.

Creation of the French Association of Independent Médiators of Paris and the surrounding area (the so-called, in French, AMIDIF).

Judicial mediation is now developping in PARIS and the surrounding area, and notably in the department of MEAUX.

Fabienne van der Vleugel, together with 4 other mediators, has constituted the new association called, in French, AMIDIF, namely an association of independent mediators.
