Fabienne van der Vleugel is a visiting professor of the Hoa Sen University, Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam for a 1-week international commercial law course.

Speaker for the MEDEF Seine et Marne "Mediation in Business Law : unavoidable".

Mediation is undoubtly an efficient process to manage conflicts. The conference has been organized to summarize to the audience the place of mediation in the litigation proceedings, and to compare the mediation to the other ways to solve conflicts. Fabienne van der Vleugel has also explained the characteristices of the mediation and the legal situation of this ADR in France. Indeed, the French legal provisions have recently changed in this regard, and recent European Directives will trigger some future modifications.

Various work sessions have been organized during the business meeting "ETATS GENERAUX DU DROIT DES AFFAIRES".

She explained, very concretely, the 2014 newly enacted implemented measures in company law.
